If you cannot find any details then your parcel may not have been scanned yet.
Often we will re-use boxes from our own shipments, this is just a way of making use of the box again to save it being thrown out straight away. So please don't be alarmed if you receive a different box.
If you are a rural address please use the rural option or we will not send your parcel until the difference in shipping has been paid. We try not to over charge for our shipping it is generally what the tickets cost us to send.
