Orders:

All prices listed on www.knightinspired.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

 

We are currently shipping to NZ and AUS

 

Accepted Payment Types:

Payments are processed through Shopify and take Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

You can also pay via Laybuy, Afterpay and Zip.

 

Refunds / change of mind:

Knight Inspired does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If you decide the item you have purchased isn’t for you within 5 days of receiving item, we can arrange to offer you a store credit. Please note this applies to all shipped and unshipped orders.

 

If you would like to return a product, please note that delivery costs are at your own expense. 

To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. - you will need to get in contact with us prior to returning any items to confirm the correct address.

 

Knight Inspired will consider a refund for any purchase(s) if the product is faulty or Damaged. Please ensure you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the order if you wish to discuss an issue knightinspired.nz@gmail.com 

 

Returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted regarding a crystals natural characteristic.

 

Pre orders:

Pre orders have waiting times, this will be outlined on the product description and we will do our best to have your purchase to you within the estimated time frame but please be aware that this may be subject to change.

 

If you change your mind on a preorder item that you have purchased please refer to our change of mind and returns policy.

 

 

Packaging / Shipping:

Great care is taken to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you.

 

Knight Inspired has a packaging time of 3-5 working days (these days don’t include weekends) this time frame also doesn’t include the time it may take to get to you once your package is picked up by our courier.

 

You will be notified when your parcel has been packed and it will be issued a tracking number - please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the Aramex website as it takes time to our courier to collect and scan in the parcels-  https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track?l=

 

If your order is urgent please get in touch via email - knightinspired.nz@gmail.com we will try our best to prioritise your order.

 

If you are a rural address please use the rural postage option.

 

Packaging products:

We try to recycle packaging where we can, sometimes this means you may get a second hand box, tissue paper or bubble wrap! So please don't be alarmed if you receive packaging that is sometimes different to normal.

 

Order click and collect:

Knight Inspired offers click and collect for two locations, dairyflat (the shed) or in Albany at our parents work shop, if you would like to check out using this option please select pick up at the check out and send us a message letting us know where you would like to get your order from, please note if you don’t specifically let us know you want to collect your order from the shed it will be set to Albany.

 

Privacy:

We will never share your information or keep your payment details on file. 

 

Resale of products / wholesale:

Knight Inspired products are NOT for resale unless you are a stockist of our items and holder a wholesale agreement with Knight Inspired.

Stock Levels / Live sales:

Website stock levels are not always accurate as we also sell at market days and hold live sales via our Facebook and Instagram. Please shop safely with the knowledge we will refund or exchange products if they are unavailable and not in stock, You will be contacted as soon as possible to notify you if your product is unavailable.

 

Crystal information:

Please note that your order may look different to the image you see on our website As each crystal has been photographed in the best lighting possible to capture stone in its full beauty.

 

All crystals are different and unique, it is impossible for any products to look exactly the same and the next, Crystals also have their own unique shape, structure, perfections and imperfections - we do out best to capture these in the images we provide.

 

Covid-19 shipping terms and conditions:

 

Knight Inspired is based in dairyflat at our home so we are able to safely continue work within our family bubble during alert level 4, we carry out safe working environments by continuously sanitising services and our hands when packing your parcels.

 

Although we aren’t making any promises we may be able to ship your items to you in level 4, if our courier chooses to collect the parcels but this is out of our control and is to his discretion of if he picks them up or not.

 

Please note that when making a purchase with us you are aware that you may not receive your item until we move to level 3, if you do make a purchase with us in level 4 and your item hasn’t been collected by the courier and you change your mind and no longer wish to receive your order, Knight Inspired  is not able to offer any refunds, we can however offer you a store credit.

 

Knight inspired can operate as normal in level 3 minus all shed visits (we can offer a pick up option from both Albany and dairyflat)

 

By shopping with us in level 4 you are supporting a small business, we ask that you are patient with us during these tough times as level 4 is hard for everyone!
