Orders:

All prices listed on Knight Inspired.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

We are currently shipping to NZ and AUS

Accepted Payment Types:

Payments are processed through Shopify and take Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Refunds:

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a store credit or a product exchange (to the value of the product that had been purchased) please note that this will be minus any shipping costs that have been paid.

Knight Inspired does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If you change your mind on a pre-order purchase, we do not offer refunds unless the delivery time for the pre-order is extended for longer than 30 working business days, in this case, we will offer a full refund.

Knight Inspired will consider a refund for any purchase(s) if the product is faulty / Damaged. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if you wish to discuss an issue - knightinspired.nz@gmail.com Please note that your order will highly likely not match the image of the item online, as all crystals are different and unique it is impossible for any products to look the same. Crystals also have their own unique shape, structure, perfections and imperfections - we do out best to capture these in the images we provide. Returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted regarding the crystals natural characteristic.

Please note that our candles and melts are of a fragile nature so we do not consider a small crack in these as a broken item.

If you would like to return a product, please note that delivery costs are at your own expense. 

To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Pre orders:

Please note that pre orders do have a waiting time, this will be outlined on the product description.

Knight Inspired will keep you updated on delivery times, please note that the date given is an estimated time and is subject to change.

If you change your mind on a preorder item that you have purchased please refer to our change of mind return policy. If there is an issue with our order please contact us - knightinspired.nz@gmail.com

Shipping:

To return your product, you should send your product to: Knight Inspired, PO Box 302-419, North Harbour, Auckland, 0751

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Tracking and Packaging:

We track all of our orders and will supply you with a tracking number upon request. If your item has failed to arrive please let us know so we can look into the matter. If your item is damaged please also let us know as soon as you can.

Great care is taken to ensure your order is protected prior to and throughout delivery. Please read our shipping options at the checkout carefully, if you have selected the incorrect shipping option we will contact you by email to let you know what needs to be done to ensure your item(s) are sent as quickly and safety as possible.

Privacy:

We will never share your information or keep your payment details on file. 

Resale of products / wholesale:

Knight Inspired products are NOT for resale unless prior approval has been given, for wholesale please enquiry via email for pricing.

Refusing Orders:

Knight inspired reserves the right to refund and refuse sale to any purchases that may be breaching our resale of products and wholesale policy

Stock Levels:

Website stock levels are not always accurate as we also sell at market days. Please shop safely with the knowledge we will refund or exchange products if they are unavailable. You will be contacted as soon as possible to notify you if your product is unavailable.
