Small Selenite Rod

Selenite helps you to dissolve blocks and get more in tune with your inner knowing. It is a cleansing stone and can clear other stones of energies they have picked up. Meditate with it to feel a sense of clarity or use it to give your space or aura an energetic clearing. It opens and activates the crown and third eye chakras. 

Sleeping with Selenite can provide a restful sleep and a clear head the next day - but on the flip-side it can be a little too much for some people as it opens the crown chakra so much so just see how you feel with it. It helps you to go deep in your meditations to connect with your guides.
