Great care is taken to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you. Knight Inspired has a packaging time of 2-3 working days (these days don’t include weekends) **please note this time frame doesn’t include the time it takes to get to you once your package is picked up by the courier**

We use Go Sweet Spot who then give us options of NZ Post, Courier Post and Castle Parcels - your tracking number will be emailed to you via go sweet spot, if you do not receive an email after 2 working days of placing your order please get in touch with us and we will link it to you. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to show online. Sometimes we pack orders and scan the labels, they will not be dropped to the courier until the next day if it is late in the day.

Once your order has been picked up from us it is in the hands of the courier company, using your tracking number you can track your order online however if you are concerned about where your parcel is or have any queries, you will need to contact the courier company as they have your parcel, they are your best first port of call with queries as they can help you with further information.

We offer Free Shipping on all NZ orders that are over $200 and Free shipping to all AUS that are over $250.

You can either pickup from our shop at 24 Hillary Square, Orewa or we have the option to pickup from 21 Tarndale Grove in Rosedale from Fridgetech Marine (family company) if that is closer for you.
