Shipping Information for Knight Inspired
All orders are packed with care and intention during my dedicated work days each week.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your parcel to be packed and sent — often much sooner, but always prepared with love. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to support you.
I use Go Sweet Spot to manage shipping, offering options through NZ Post, Courier Post, and Castle Parcels. You will receive a tracking number via email from Go Sweet Spot once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive this email within 2 working days of placing your order, please reach out to me so I can provide the tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to appear online. Occasionally, I may pack orders and scan labels late in the day, meaning they may not be picked up by the courier until the following day.
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it is in their hands. You can track your package online using the provided tracking number. However, if you have any concerns or queries about the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact the courier company directly, as they can provide the most up-to-date information.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to me. I will do my best to support you.
Shipping Time Estimates: Within New Zealand: 3-5 working days. International: Delivery times vary based on location, but typically range from 7-14 working days.
