Yoni steaming, also known as V-steaming, is a holistic practice that involves sitting or squatting over a pot of herbal-infused steam. The steam, typically created from a blend of medicinal herbs, gently permeates the v area, supporting overall v health and well-being. Advocates of yoni steaming claim that it can help cleanse, tone, and nourish the uterus and v, promote hormonal balance, regulate menstrual cycles, alleviate menstrual cramps, support fertility, and enhance libido.

Additionally, yoni steaming is said to provide emotional and spiritual benefits, fostering a sense of connection with one's feminine energy and promoting relaxation and self-care.
